Initial Scoop

There could be a lot of mess in your yard, its okay, we are human and sometimes we get swamped with other priorities. The reason that the first scoop is usually very expensive with other companies is exactly that, it could be a time costly job. In turn, you need that time to do other important things. Let us take care of it for you for ease of mind!

Scheduled Scoop

Constantly keeping your yard clean can start to become a hassle for you in your life. No time or desire to do the gross job regularly. We can keep your yard clean long term. Sign up for a scheduled visit and choose which date works best for you to have someone show up and clean it up for you so that you don't have to anymore. Overtime you can keep the yard clean for the pets and kids to run around in without having to lift a finger.

Trash Valet

If your chosen scoop day is on or before your scheduled trash pick up day, have us make sure it gets moved when it needs to as well, for those times we may forget to do it and have a full bin and building for a whole week. We can ensure that you never miss trash day again! This service is free as well included in the monthly bill itemized in the invoice as free with the amount due as agreed in the quote.

Service: Initial Scoop

This is the first scoop, usually costing around $300+ but with us is completely free and taken off of first months payment including itemized invoice.

This scoop will work exactly as listed in the following;

Instructions given by client will be followed exactly as written to enter the back yard / front yard / cleaning area to ensure peace of mind that things are locked and tidy when entering and leaving.
While on the property, an organized walking pattern such as walking in rows or zig zags to ensure that nothing is missed during the scoop.
We use a long rake and a hand held bucket that has a trash bag in it to ensure biohazard safety, depending on severity disposable gloves will be used too and disposed in the tied up bag of doggy messes.
Once we believe the yard is clean we will do a fast backtrack in the same walking pattern to reassure that we have not missed anything.
After confirming the yard is clean we will exit the property via the customers written instructions, making sure all requests are met to ensure the property is locked and that pets do not get out upon departure.
We will tie up the bag with pet waste with a double knot and place it into your trash bin to be picked up on its scheduled date. The bags are usually very small taking up much less space that the average kitchen garbage bag.

Service: Scheduled Soop

This is the day, time and frequency of your service. All of this info you can include into the free quote survey including instructions to entry and leaving the clients property. You will get one invoice per month, meaning one payment date per month fully itemized and agreed to the amount quoted without any hidden fees or charges.

Service: Trash Valet

If your scoop day is on or the day before trash pick up day, we can arrange to put your trash out for the garbage crew, or bring it in after it is empty. Signing up for this is also free but be aware may not be compatible for everyone as days of trash and scooping may not line up.

The trash valet service will work exactly as listed in the following;

After the scoop process listed above we will review instructions given by client to valet their trash bins.
Location of trash bins for both bringing them in or out will be followed via written instructions.
Itemized invoice will include this showing and marked down as free, as well as showing the agreed to price on the quote expected due.

We do regularly scheduled dog poop scooping, once a week, once every other week, twice a month or once a month.
